Ingredients
2 large ripe bananas, chopped
2 1/2 cups (625 mL) skim milk
1 cup (250 mL) evaporated skim milk, chilled
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 ½ tablespoons honey
Instructions

Place bananas, both milks, cinnamon and honey in a food processor or blender. Process until thick and smooth.
