FRENCH BEAN SALAD

Ingredients
Ingredients: 500 g green beans, trimmed and sliced 1 clove garlic, crushed 1 teaspoon ground fenugreek 2 tablespoons finely chopped Fresh mint leaves 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar 1 tablespoon olive oil 2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds

Instructions
How to prepare: 1. Boil, steam or microwave beans until just tender. Drain and place in a salad bowl. 2. Combine garlic, fenugreek and mint. Toss with warm beans. Set aside and allow to cool slightly. 3. Blend together vinegar and olive oil, pour over beans and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
