CUCUMBER AND YOGURT DIP

Ingredients
1 small cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped salt 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint 1 clove garlic, crushed 1 1/2 cups/300 g/91/2 oz low-fat natural yogurt 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
