A FEAST OF RAW VEGETABLES
Ingredients
3 stalks celery, cut into thin strips
4 small carrots, scrubbed and quartered
1/2 small cauliflower, cut into small florets
1/2 green capsicum (pepper), cut into strips
1/2 red capsicum (pepper), cut into strips
12 button mushrooms
1 2 cherry tomatoes
12 small radishes, tops attached
12 teardrop tomatoes dressings of your choice
Instructions
A variety of vegetables can be used for this raw vegetable platter. The following are just a few suggestions. The important thing is to make it a feast for eyes and taste buds. Serve with one or more dressings from our section on final touches.
