1/2 cup/125mL/4oz beetroot juice 3 tablespoons cucumber juice 3 tablespoons orange juice Freshly ground black pepper Ice cubes 1 thin slice orange Strip cucumber skin

1. Combine beetroot, cucumber and orange juices. Season to taste with pepper. 2. Place ice cubes in a serving gloss.
