Ingredients
2 onions, finely diced
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon paprika pinch cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons lemon juice sea salt

Place onions, parsley, paprika, cayenne pepper, lemon juice and a little sea salt in a bowl and mix to combine. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
