HONEY SESAME CHICKEN

Ingredients
1 teaspoon sesame oil 2 onions, chopped 2 teaspoons finely grated fresh ginger 2 boneless chicken breast fillets, chopped 1 tablespoon sesame seeds 4 tablespoons salt-reduced soy sauce 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions

Heat the oil in a nonstick frying pan or wok over a high heat, add onion and ginger and stir-fry for 4 minutes or until onion are soft. 2. Add chicken and stir-fry until brown. Add sesame seeds, soy sauce and honey and stir-fry for 4 minutes longer or until chicken is tender. Serve 4
