OAT AND BANANA COOKIES

11/2 cups/140 g/4 ½ oz rolled oats 1/2 cup/60 g/2 oz £lour 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda 2/3 cup/IOO g/3 1/2 oz brown sugar 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 2 ripe bananas, mashed 60 g/2 oz butter or margarine, melted 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
