Dressings and sauces are frequently a health hazard for the heart, with their rich content of butter, cream, oil, eggs or cheese. Ours have been designed with a minimum of these ingredients and yet are delicious and convenient - they will add a new interest to salads, vegetables, fish, lean meats and pasta. A serve for dressings and sauces in this book is one tablespoon.
